Cash Card PINs and Temporary PINs

  • Take care not to tell anyone your cash card PIN or otherwise make it known.

Your cash card PIN is an important piece of information used for customer confirmation when making transactions at ATMs, etc. Do not tell anyone your cash card PIN or otherwise make it known.

Avoid using alphanumeric characters that can be easily guessed by others, such as your name, date of birth (combinations of Western calendar year/Japanese calendar year, month and day), your registered telephone number, the same numeric characters repeated, or your vehicle license plate number.

  • Please periodically change your cash card PIN.

You can change your cash card PIN from Seven Bank ATMs or through the Direct Banking Service. You can use your cash card with your new PIN immediately after changing it.
